Excellent Professional Trekking Support!

We did a seven day trek to Annapurna Base Camp in April 2023. It was us and another family. We had a four adults and a 13 year old, 10 year old and an 8 year old in tow. Most of us were not highly experience trekkers so we were super grateful for the incredible service and support provided by our guide Dinesh and his amazing team. Firstly, throughout the trek there was always someone there to support everyone – so always someone up front for the quicker ones and someone in the back for the slower ones like myself. They always ensured we took the safe route and not once did we feel unsafe or unsure about their guidance. Secondly, Dinesh ensured that the teahouses we stayed at were the right ones for us as we were trekking with small children so clean rooms, a good communal space, and hot showers available when possible were important. We also had a vegan in our group so he was great at ensuring our vegan knew what to select on the menu. Dinesh and his team ensured that all of the accommodation, luggage, meals and such were sorted so that all we had to focus on was doing the trek and taking good photos. When you are a first-timer doing such a trek, this excellent support is invaluable so I would highly recommend Adventure Great Himalaya to first timers as well as those traveling with children. In fact, we are trying to work out another trek next year with them!
