Overview

If you are from India and want to take part in the most popular base camp trekking adventure in the world, our Everest Base Camp Trek for Indian passport holders is something you are gonna cherish forever. As a gesture to thank you for the love shown by our Indian clients, who have given their positive reviews to our trekking and tour packages, we have come up with these exciting trek packages just for Indian citizens.

We are offering this iconic trekking adventure to our Indians for a discounted rate; the Everest Base Camp Trek for Indian citizenship is about just US$ XXX. This discounted package for Indian citizens is the most standard trekking package in the market and doesn’t fall short of experience and exploration in this mainstream region.

After your arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 meters) and the arrangement of all the required documentation and permits for the EBC Trek, you will start your adventure the very next day. You will take an exciting flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 meters), which will provide you the opportunity to enjoy the aerial views of the Himalayas.

Then, moving along the mainstream route alongside the Dudh Koshi River, you will trek toward Phakding Village (2,640 meters). Moving further ahead on your exciting trails, you will then reach the vibrant Sherpa capital, Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters). Namche will also be your first strategic acclimatization destination in this trekking route.

Continuing with your winding trail, you will then gradually traverse across the spiritual epicenter of Khumbu Valley, Tengboche (3,800 meters), and the summer settlement of Dingboche (4,410 meters). You will take another rest day here before heading further on this mainstream route.

After acclimatizing at Dingboche, you will then trek across Lobuche Village (4,920 meters) and push forward to Everest Base Camp (5,356 meters) across Gorakshep Village (5,164 meters). Then, hike to the Kalapatthar (5,644 meters), the next morning will mark the end of your thrilling Himalayan endeavor.

You will then retrace your steps back on the same trekking route from Pheriche Village (4,240 meters). Descending across the popular highlights of this mainstream route, like Tengboche, Namche, and Phakding, you will trek all the way to Lukla.

Then, taking a morning flight from Lukla, you will head toward Ramechhap Airport (1,218 meters) before driving to Kathmandu. You will enjoy a leisurely day and explore around the capital valley before taking a flight back to your home country, the next day.
