I began my trip in March 2014…..Not knowing much about Nepal i was ready to be let down with my arrangements…but i couldn’t have been more wrong! Although we were delayed on our flight from Abudabi , on arrival at Kathmandu we were greeted by Babu and his driver and taken straight to our hotel…6 am the next morning Babu s team were ready to take us back to the airport for a short flight to lukla where we would start our trek. Nabin was to be our guide and on arrival at lukla our porters were ready to assist. We struck lucky with the weather for the whole of our trek and nabin proved to be the best of guides, this was sure an experience of a lifetime, accommodation was better than i had imagined and the food was great, the landscape is fantastic and babu s team were great company……on arrival back at Kathmandu Babu arranged for us to have a guide and driver to show us around as we had 3 days…Kathmandu was a place i am sure to return to and will definitely use great Himalaya to organize my trip as they did not fail us at all…very professional!…Thanks Babu…and a big thanks to nabin….he s da man!
