The trek gradually ascends through beautiful pine forests, rivers, and Himalayan villages before entering the restricted and culturally rich Nar Phu Valley, one of Nepal’s most remote trekking regions. Here, trekkers visit ancient Tibetan-style settlements such as Phu Village and Nar Village, surrounded by rugged landscapes and dramatic mountain views.
The trail then rejoins the classic Annapurna Circuit at Manang, a famous acclimatization stop offering spectacular views of Annapurna III, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. From here, trekkers explore the high-altitude route to Tilicho Base Camp, the gateway to the world’s highest glacial lake region near Tilicho Lake.
